Hi! It’s Caylin and my healing journey lead me to you.

Meditation, breathwork, and Human Design helped heal and harmonize my mind, body, and soul. By having an intentional mindset, enlisting in breathwork techniques, and aligning my Human Design, I was able to overcome 30+ years of chronic pain — and, now I’ve made it my mission to help others on their healing journey.

Learning healing meditation doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, I found that when I help people to tap into their intuition, they are able to connect with their higher self.
